Board of Directors
The affairs, management, and property of Bentwinds Golf & Country Club, Inc. are managed by the Board of Directors, which consist of twelve Club members. Four members of the Board of Directors are elected for a three-year term at each annual meeting of the members. Our current Board members are listed below:
President

The President serves a one-year term and is eligible to serve a maximum of three consecutive terms. The President presides at all meetings of the Board of Directors and sees that the By-laws and the Rules and Regulations of The Club are enforced.
Vice President
Robert Marshall (E-Mail)
In the absence or disability of the President, the Vice-President performs the duties of the President. If the office of the President should become vacant, the Vice-President fills the duties of the office until the vacancy is otherwise filled by the Board of Directors.
Treasurer
Jim Applewhite (E-Mail)
The Treasurer is the auditor for the Board of Directors. His duties include audit of bank accounts, purchases, payments, and payroll. The Treasurer also supervises the keeping of all financial records by The Club.
Secretary
Betsy Copeland

The Secretary keeps the Corporate Seal of The Club and affixes it to formal documents. The Secretary takes, transcribes, and records the minutes of all meetings.
